You are responsible for checking every draft, its accuracy, and that you are entitled to any amount, fee or interest you claim, and for complying with laws on debt collection and communications in your jurisdiction.
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, defame or mislead anyone, or for consumer debt collection where you are not the original creditor. We may refuse or limit use to prevent abuse.
Credit packs are one-time purchases (Starter $19 / 10 credits, Pro $49 / 30, Agency $149 / 120), processed by Stripe. No subscription. Credits do not expire while the service operates. Failed generations are refunded automatically; unused packs are refundable within 14 days on request. Refunded or disputed payments remove that pack's unused credits.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
