Freelancer invoice reminder: due in 3 days

A short pre-due heads-up for freelancers that catches lost PDFs and missing POs before the invoice goes late.

Dreading the “please pay me” email? “The awkwardness comes from improvising each time”, so this one is already written. Copy it, fill the brackets, send.

Send this 2–3 business days before the due date. It is not a chase — it is a courtesy that surfaces admin blockers (wrong AP inbox, missing PO, supplier form) while there is still time to fix them.
