Invoice 7 days overdue: clear ask for a payment date

One week late: polite but direct request for a specific payment date and the right contact.

“The longer and softer you make it the more it reads like you think you're being unreasonable for wanting to get paid.” This one is short and direct, with no “sorry to bother you”.

At a week overdue, move from 'did you get it?' to 'when will it be paid?'.
